For many of us, water is easy to take for granted—but as World Water Day on March 22 aims to remind everyone, millions of people around the world do not have reliable access to safe water, and as we’ve seen (most recently and publicly with the Flint Water Crisis), it’s not a given everywhere in the U.S. either. The solutions to the global crisis may not be simple, but one thing you can easily do is donate, either directly, or by purchasing from a company that contributes part of their profits to safe drinking water organizations.
