Tartine Cofounder Creates Dishes for Us (Regular Cooks)

Author of Tartine All Day: Modern Recipes for the Home Cook released in April, acclaimed pastry chef Elisabeth Prueitt is cofounder of San Francisco-based Tartine Bakery and Tartine Manufactory and the owner of the ice cream shop Cookies & Cream.
