Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go (Fernet-Spiked Irish Coffee With Lemon Cream)
This flavor combination may not appeal to those who don't love the minty-bitter flavor of Fernet Branca, but for those who do, this riff on a classic Irish coffee is sure to blow their socks off. Here, fernet's strong medicinal kick is boosted with a wonderfully perky lemon whipped cream. The result is a potent brew with loud, bright flavors that will send a jolt through your brain and your digestive tract, far more effectively than either caffeine or fernet could ever do alone. Just-Do-Ya (Hazelnut-Spiked Irish Coffee With Chocolate Whipped Cream)
Chocolate, hazelnut, and coffee all pair up beautifully, no matter which two you pick, so why not put all three together? Everything Nice (Spiced-Rum Coffee With Butterscotch Whipped Cream)

Everything Nice (Spiced-Rum Coffee With Butterscotch Whipped Cream)
In this variation on a classic Irish coffee, spiced rum takes the place of whiskey, lending its sweet, spiced caramel flavor to the coffee's roasted, bitter bite. On top, a heaping dollop of butterscotch whipped cream, which riffs on the rum, caramel, and dairy flavors of rum raisin ice cream. To finish, a little fresh nutmeg grated on top, which plays up those spice notes. Get Recipe!
